Development & Fee Structure (3-Step Milestone Billing & Royalty)

• Step 1: Start Fee – Initiates the collaborative R&D project, baseline alignment and formulation architecture design.
• Step 2: Sample Fee – Billed upon the delivery and physical testing of your initial custom formulation prototypes and iterations.
• Step 3: Final Formulation Fee – Billed when the recipe is finalized, fully optimized, and ready for transfer or production.
• Royalty Fee: Includes a recurring net sales royalty structure linked to the commercial licensing and ongoing production of the customized formulation.

Production & MOQ Considerations

We match your formula with the ideal contract manufacturing partner based on your volume requirements:

• High MOQ Route: Standard tier with larger minimum order quantities. This route offers a lower cost per unit and cheaper overall manufacturing, though initial large batch commitments apply (e.g., 10,000+ pieces).
• Low MOQ Route (only Europe): For brands wanting lower initial batch sizes. This route involves a small additional fee to access specialized manufacturing partners capable of accommodating lower minimums.

Regulatory & Packaging

Compliance, regulatory documentation support and packaging sourcing/coordination are fully outsourced to specialized experts to ensure your product meets all regional market requirements.

Route 2: Stock & Private Label Formulations

Ideal for brands looking for a faster, cost-effective market entry using proven stock formulations. Please note that this route is generally not customizable (only very minor tweaks are possible if the private label manufacturer permits it, potentially incurring extra costs).

Available Stock Product Portfolio

• Home Whitening: Whitening pens, tubes or syringes containing peroxide (hydrogen or carbamide peroxide) or PAP.
• Daily Hygiene & Prevention: Toothpastes and mouthwashes (also in tablet form) containing fluoride and hydroxyapatite / nano-hydroxyapatite, covering general prevention (halitosis, gum care, sensitivity) as well as dedicated formulations tailored for children.
• Hygiene Accessories: Tongue cleaners, dental floss and toothbrushes.

Fee Structure

• Single Project Fee: Covers the selection of the proven stock formula and finding the right manufacturer to bring your product to market efficiently.

Production & MOQ Options

• Standard MOQ Route: Operates strictly via traditional private label manufacturing with higher minimum batch requirements, ensuring lower unit pricing and cost-effective bulk production. (Low MOQ routes are not available for this stock pathway).
